MarkLogic
As the Director of Brand & Creative at MarkLogic, I worked closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement creative strategies that aligned with our overall marketing and business goals. I was tasked with leading, and further developing, MarkLogic’s creative direction, style and tone of communication across various channels such as the web, social media, email, events and sales tools. I was responsible for design and web strategy, video production, marketing campaign ideation and managing freelance and vendor relationships to bring our creative vision to life. With a strong understanding of digital media planning and experience design, I worked to create innovative and engaging solutions that amplified messages and engaged with our audiences.
During my first six months at MarkLogic, I successfully led the rebranding efforts, redesigned the company website, and updated the creative for all digital advertising, social media and sales collateral. I also implemented a new project management system, created a new brand guide and integrated a new DAM as a single source of truth on all creative assets.
2016-2022
Old National Bank
At Old National, I leveraged my expertise in digital transformation, brand management and experience design to drive business growth through our digital channels. One of my key responsibilities was designing, developing and launching our award-winning website, where I managed the day-to-day operations and worked closely with development partners to create unique, personalized customer experiences. Additionally, I managed the video marketing efforts, including: annual budget, vendor relationships and production schedules. A key component of our content marketing strategy, these emotionally rich videos consistently received national recognition in the form of Emmy, Addy and ABA Banking Awards.
During my tenure, the company grew from $9 billion to over $46 billion in assets. I successfully implemented and scaled internal systems within our department to align with the growth of the company. Our client-centric approach to marketing and customer experience led to improved KPI’s, increased customer acquisition and helped decrease retention rates. The stories we shared of our company culture elevated employee experiences and played a crucial role in helping the company attract top talent. Our team was integral in unifying the organization and communicating with clients during mergers and acquisitions.

Kitch & Schreiber
During my tenure at K&S, I led the agency’s digital transformation by adopting new technologies to improve internal processes and develop systems for our clients to improve their digital presence. We shifted from a focus on print work to digital services, such as website design and hosting, email marketing, social media marketing, SEO/SEM, digital photography and video production. As the agency transitioned, I shifted the focus of my team to devote more time to developing omni-channel experiences and content strategies to grow our clients’ businesses in new and innovative ways.
I created recurring revenue streams for the company by building and managing annual hosting and website maintenance plans for our clients. As Creative Director and co-owner of the company, I managed vendor relationships, budgets and marketing strategies while also hiring, training and mentoring my design team. I truly enjoyed working with my team to develop and grow their skills and helping formulate a path to advance in their careers. As my focus shifted from designing to team building and business development, I developed a big-picture view of how design could transform a business, this was the foundation of my Design Thinking mentality that I still utilize today.
